To request an absence your employees need to go to the 'Timeline' tab and click on the first day of their absence.

Then click on the 'Add absence' button:

They choose one of the absence options from the menu, enter the correct start and end dates and confirm their request. 

Now their request will be send to you (the administrator) to confirm it. You will be notified about new request by e-mail. You can confirm or deny the requests in the 'Request' tab: 

If you are not able to see certain requests, please mind the chosen time period in the upper right corner.
