To request an absence approval go to the 'Timeline' tab and click on the first day of your absence.
Then click on the 'Add absence' button:
Choose one of the absence options from the menu, enter the correct start and end dates and confirm your request.
Now your request will be send to the administrator by e-mail to confirm it. You will also be notified by e-mail, when the status of your request is changed from pending to approved or rejected.
